There doesnt Necessarily have to be a Nolani City/Town, Just because Drascir had one. It is labelled as the Sister Academy, not sister city.

Furthermore, there are some ruins outside the Nolani Academy outpost, so it could be that those ruins are what remains of a town or city (quite possibly one of those towns that pretty much only exists in order to provide services to the students and staff).

The ruins there are the ruins of Nolani, It says so in the Quest: Cities of Ascalon. Keyword there being Cities. It was also founded long before the great wall was built, hence why is was north of the wall and why it was presumably destroyed by the char, much like Drascir.

My thoughts on the Ch4-6.
First make me character care. For example, from an RP stand point I had no reason to goto Cantha. "My dumb monk friend wants to go to Cantha. I should stay here and save my own peoples butts, but I'm going because I'm the selfless hero."
Ch4 should give characters from all the continents a reason to go to help out. For example, Gwen could reappear with some tie back to phrop. For factions to Luxons have discovered a new trade route(i.e a sea to the south) so Luxon players need to protect it while kurick players are trying to prevent the trade. Elonian could have something going on with the cosairs or something.
Ch4 should be norse themed. Ch5 should introduce an underwater area(not Orr). Ch6 should involve the new bad guy screwing with the time line so the players have to go back to the start of the guild wars to fix it.
For Chapter four there should be a certain areas only accessible by owning a previous campaign. Tryia should have an area off the Magumma Jungle, Cantha should have an area south of the Jade Sea, and Elona this chain of Islands were the corsairs hide.
I like the durid class. But we don't need a another version of the A or D. I'd rather see more races. Char, Tengu, Centaur, maybe dwarf. However racial attributes would seriously screw with the meta game. Maybe a pirates class too(see below).
Make the Norse theme and include an area small islands and give us boats. Giving us a PvP area where we can have ship battles or letting us act as pirates would be nice.
I guess that's all for now.

Ok this thread opens up with people stating that Gaile said that there were some hints in the manual as to what C4 could be about. So on that notion, one of the first clues we are given is the lands to the north. Which in my opinion this means north of Tyria. Why do I say this ? Well, those Ascension Pilgrims tell you that they see a light to the north and they think it is Turai Ossa calling them, then mentions about the Mists not being too far as we once led to believe. Now what Hero do we have that is from the Mists ? Razah Razah is my speculation is a shapeshifter just the the Djinn are, so infact Razah might be a Djinn. Ofcourse this is all speculation. If you go to the NF manual you will read that Djinn and Razah sound almost alike in being able to change forms. So who knows, perhaps we will go to the lands of the Mists where they have demons, ghosts ect but not all creatues are demonic there according to the NF manual I downloaded from the gw site. My guess we will be seeing more Djinn.
Lord Odran a new/old villian ? Check out the links below which add something interesting here.
http://eu.guildwars.com/gameplay/tyr..._odrans_folly/
http://eu.guildwars.com/gameplay/tyria/the_rift/
Bahltek NPC - I know he is not in the NF manual which i am trying mostly to base this on because the thread is suggesting hints within the manual but really check this link out, its explains very little on hints but what it does mention and he does emphasize about a spirit ship aka ghost ship and water.
So I am thinking islands surrounded by water which leads me to speculate that the Corsairs have a role because they travel the seas where no Istani can follow them and if you read the NF manual about the Corsairs, you will have a better idea of what I am trying to say.
So bascially I am just going to speculate that we will be seeing Lord Odran as our villian who is trying to get back to mortal form similar to Shiro to rule the world Also I am not totally sure this has ever been mentioned but when we killed Shiro you speak to the Oracle who gives you an Amulet of the Mists ! How ironic is that ??? Amulet of the Mists which brings up the theory about The Rift which leads us to Lord Odran What do we find in the Rift, spirits, demons and ancient creatures
So this is all just speculation on my part and all I did was just read alot on the forums and did some small research on my own. If anyone else had some more info or can correct me on some things by all means do so. I for one am no major loremaster by any means but hey it is sure cool learning about it

Your theory doesn't even make any sense...get over it lol.
Plus, not only are you the only person to suggest it, your the only person to actually believe its real...which its not....
On a side note...I'm guessing the land of Mursaat is our best guess at the moment, I just wish Anet would realise some info!

Why does most people want Charr, Charr isn't even listed in the nightfall manual that was supposed to give us some hints. If you want Charr then go to piken square and farm Charr Mursaat sounds alot better but can we have some atleast ideas on why you think so ? Yeah Anet needs to give us
something to nibble on while we wait, all this Bahltek talk, those spirits and tormented souls babbling stuff in mysteries got me kinda wondering whats up .

Yeah Anet needs to give us something to nibble on here, its been 4 months now. Supposedly every 6 months we get a new chapter but for some reason Anet is being hush hush on this one for some odd reason and I heard speculation we wont see C4 until after the summer but even Gaile posted there has been no official announcements so guess we all gotta keep waiting.
If some are you gonna insist on Charr then I wanna see some theories as to why you think so not just toss it in the thread with no idea behind it

I've said this many times, I say it's going to be the northern regions (preferably mountainous and snowy) that are on the other side of those greyish-green mountains that border the northern edge of Tyria.
Someone earlier said there should be a norse theme. I would LOVE that. I want GW to stay with a medieval theme, as many MMORPGs have done it (EverQuest I believe). Norse is quite similar and I would love it. Other things like an Asian theme, I think, are totally irrelevant to the fantasy/DnD/medieval theme.

Nah, I lived in Mexico, then moved to USA. I lived in tourist towns, and they were horrible. America's are much better.
